Q: What is Moore's Mill Golf Club

A: Moore¹s Mill Golf Club is currently a semi-private facility located in Auburn, Alabama. The Club is owned and operated by Cleveland Brothers Inc. The Club plans to become private when we have 450 Golf members.

Q: What facilities will be available for use at Moore's Mill Golf Club?

A: The Club Facilities will include:
    18 Hole Championship Golf Course
    Golf Practice Facility with driving range, chipping &
       putting greens
    Spacious 16,000 square foot Clubhouse with
       restaurant and lounge
    Men's and women's locker rooms, with club storage for
       golf bags
    Fully staffed and stocked golf pro shop
    A 3,500 square foot open-air pavilion for special
       gatherings
    Pool Facility featuring a 3,600 square foot pool complete
       with a Bathhouse, Pavilion and Snack Grill.
    Fitness Center located at Ogletree Village
    Smooth surface Tennis Courts are in future plans

Q: What types of memberships will be available?

A:
All Memberships issued will be non equity memberships. The Club will offer various Golf and Social Memberships to satisfy Member needs.

Q: Are Memberships transferable?

Q: Upon resignation of a Membership is the Initiation Fee refundable?

A: Upon resignation of a membership, the Initiation Fee will be partially refundable based on the following schedule:
    After 12 months of membership 20% is refundable.
    After 2 years of membership 40% is refundable.
    After 3 years of membership 60% is refundable.
    After 4 years of membership 80% is refundable.
    After 5 years of membership 95% is refundable.

Q: How are Dues established?

A: Each year The Club will determine the amount of dues to be paid by
each Member

Q: Will the Members of the Club have an opportunity to have input into the operations of the Club?

A:
The Club will establish an Advisory Board whose purpose includes fostering good relations between the Members and the Owners of the Club facilities and providing Member input on pro grams and activities at Moore's Mill Golf Club.

Q: Will Members be assessed for operating deficits or capital
improvements?

A: No.

Q: Will there be food minimums for the restaurant?

A:
No.

Q: Do Golf Members have priority access to the Golf Facilities?

A: Yes, Golf members can obtain tee times 2 weeks in advance.

Q: Can a guest of a Member use the Club Facilities?

A:
Yes. It is the intention of The Club to accommodate guests without inconvenience to the Members in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of The Club.

Q: How do I apply for Membership?

A: A person who would like to join The Club must first fill out a membership Application which can be obtained at The Club. The Application must be completed in full and returned to the Director of Operations. The Initiation Fee and first months Dues are due in advance for the Membership to be issued.
